Product Technical Execution Manager
- Translate technical know-how and excellence standards into flawless manufacturing execution.
- Ensure "Right First Time" development accuracy and secure robust pre-industrialization and production readiness.
- Empower suppliers technically to elevate capability and autonomy.
- Protect the premium positioning and craftsmanship standards of Lacoste products.
- Collaborate closely with Global Product Technical Director on policy implementation.
- Define competency expectations for supplier technical teams.
- Drive supplier maturity and ownership of Lacoste standards, acting as the primary technical interlocutor with suppliers.
- Conduct structured technical training sessions for supplier teams and nominate/train Sample QA representatives dedicated to Lacoste standards (phase-wise and supplier-wise).
- Identify skilled operators, pattern makers, and technicians for Lacoste styles, evaluate supplier sample rooms and technical setup, and support technical certification and evaluation of factory capabilities.
- Implement improvement plans where gaps are identified and reduce recurring technical deviations through proactive capability development.
- Ensure technical consistency across Asia, Europe, and Americas platforms and contribute to standardizing copy styles and carry-over processes.
- Share best practices and improvement initiatives, participate in Global PTE Seminar (mandatory), and participate in Quality Proto Reviews in Paris (mandatory).
- Provide seasonal KPI feedback and technical insights.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Textile Engineering, Apparel Manufacturing, Garment Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in textile production, development, and manufacturing.
- Experience with international premium brands or textile groups.
- Strong background in Woven and Knitwear garments.
- Experience in supplier-facing technical leadership roles.
- Advanced understanding of garment construction and workmanship.
- Pattern making knowledge and grading principles.
- Industrialization and line setting understanding.
- Risk assessment capability in pre-production.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Centric PLM Super User capability.
- Deep knowledge of Lacoste technical standards and premium execution.
