- Profesional con 1 a 2 años de experiencia en productos digitales, software o plataformas tecnológicas.
- Interés en colaborar con equipos multidisciplinarios y stakeholders.
- Enfoque en aprendizaje continuo y generación de valor.
Experiencia:
- Apoyo en la gestión y priorización del Product Backlog.
- Definición de historias de usuario y criterios de aceptación.
- Colaboración con stakeholders para levantar requerimientos.
- Participación en la definición de visión y roadmap del producto.
- Apoyo en la gestión de expectativas entre negocio y tecnología.
- Experiencia mínima de 1 año en gestión de proyectos o entornos ágiles.
- Conocimiento básico de metodologías ágiles (Scrum, Kanban).
- Organización, seguimiento y documentación de tareas.
- Proactividad, trabajo en equipo y disposición para aprender.
Requisitos adicionales:
- Inglés intermedio-avanzado.
- Deseable certificación Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) o interés en obtenerla.
- Esquema híbrido.
