To further grow our data governance practice, we are currently looking for a skilled Product Owner.
Your responsibilities
Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for data governance products and solutions.
Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define use cases, and translate business needs into actionable tasks.
Data Governance Implementation:
Lead the development and implementation of data governance frameworks, policies, and standards.
Ensure data quality, integrity, and security through consistent monitoring and improvement practices.
Oversee the implementation of data stewardship roles and responsibilities across the organization.
Stakeholder Management:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, legal, compliance, and business units, to ensure successful adoption of data governance practices.
Facilitate communication and collaboration between data owners, data stewards, and other key stakeholders.
Provide regular updates and reports on data governance activities, progress, and performance metrics to senior management.
Project Management:
Manage data governance projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with data governance initiatives.
Coordinate with external vendors and partners as needed.
Training and Support:
Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on data governance principles and best practices.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to data stewards and other stakeholders.
Foster a culture of data governance and accountability throughout the organization.
