Product Marketing Manager, Affiliate & Conversions - AI Agents & Emerging Products
System1 is building the next generation of AI Agent–powered consumer products, and we’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to own affiliate-driven growth and subscription conversion. You’ll be responsible for designing, optimizing, and scaling the full subscriber journey—from first click through trial, conversion, and long-term LTV.
This role sits at the intersection of performance marketing, product experimentation, and subscriber economics. You will be responsible for how external traffic converts into long-term, high-quality subscribers—not just how much traffic comes in. Success is measured in LTV, retention, and contribution margin, not top-of-funnel volume.
You’ll work closely with Product, Design, and Engineering to shape landing experiences, offers, trials, and lifecycle flows, using data and experimentation to drive continuous improvement. You do not need prior experience with every tool or platform listed below—we value strong fundamentals, technical curiosity, and the ability to learn fast in AI-enabled environments.
This position is an onsite role requiring you to work in our headquarters located at 4235 Redwood Ave. Los Angeles, CA 90066.

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $109,300 - $150,325 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. System1’s headquarters is located in Marina del Rey, CA with an additional office in Bellevue, WA.
