OVERVIEW

The Product Marketing Lead will own the narrative that connects our products and services to the market — crafting positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies that drive real impact. This role sits at the intersection of product, sales, and marketing, translating complex features into compelling value stories that resonate with target audiences. Your experience spans across Product Marketing, Performance Marketing, SEO, CRM and Campaign Management — someone who brings both a creative mind and an execution-first mindset. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to shape product adoption, enable sales conversations, and establish clear market differentiation across all offerings.

Note: This is an independent contributor role. You’ll own the complete charter — from strategy and planning to hands-on execution and delivery.

DESCRIPTION

  • Define product positioning, messaging frameworks, and differentiation strategies across all products and services.

  • Lead end-to-end go-to-market planning for launches and feature releases, collaborating with product and sales teams.

  • Develop customer insights through ICP research, persona mapping, and feedback loops to inform marketing strategy.

  • Create compelling product narratives for campaigns, website content, sales decks, and customer-facing materials.

  • Build competitive intelligence systems to track market trends, competitor positioning, and emerging opportunities.

  • Develop sales enablement materials including battle cards, pitch decks, case studies, and objection-handling guides.

  • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns with performance marketing rigor, optimizing for adoption and pipeline.

  • Drive SEO strategy and content optimization to improve organic visibility for product pages and campaigns.

  • Conduct win/loss analysis and synthesize market feedback to refine messaging and inform product roadmap.

  • Track GTM performance through adoption metrics, engagement rates, and lead quality, iterating based on results.
