About the team and the role:
eBay's Warehouse Tools product team powers the systems and tools that keep warehouse operations running smoothly, efficiently, and at scale. We partner closely with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and frontline warehouse teams to design, build, and continuously improve the digital platforms that drive inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, labor optimization, and real-time visibility.
Our team combines operational knowledge with strong technical expertise. We prioritize resilience, scalability, and user experience, ensuring our systems perform in fast paced environments. Whether launching new capabilities, optimizing workflows, or supporting peak events, we are committed to delivering tools that empower our warehouse teams and drive measurable business impact.
Key responsibilities will include building, prioritizing and launching new features to support warehouse operations, improve productivity, and partnering with internal and third-party team members to launch new initiatives.
What you will accomplish:
Own the development and implementation of tools and systems for our operational partners to be able to fulfill customer orders quickly, accurately and efficiently
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including warehouse operators, supply chain teams, and technology teams
Use data and analytics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions
Drive the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality products.
Work closely with other product managers and teams to ensure product consistency and alignment with company-wide product strategy
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally with a focus on Warehouse Management Systems or operational systems and tools
Bachelor's or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS, Human Computer Interaction, Operations, or Design preferred
Data analysis experience and skill (SQL, Tableau, Advanced Excel)
Experience in ecommerce, fulfillment, or distribution
Excellent communication skills and ability to lead meetings and drive agenda with both internal team members and external collaborators
Strong troubleshooting / problem solving skills.
Ability to work on multiple projects, issues, and tasks simultaneously.
Additional Details
The base pay range for this position is expected in the range below:
$92,400 - $162,900Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
