Product Manager
Role Summary
We are seeking for a Product & Value Proposition Manager to lead the end-to-end execution, optimization and scalability of the Consumer offers strategy, ensuring operational excellence, budget control and actionable insights, while evolving the current execution model into a data-driven, AI-enabled framework. The role focuses on efficiency, business impact and cardholder experience, acting as a central owner of the consumer offers program track.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Ownership & Governance:
- Act as the single point of ownership for the consumer offers track, defining standards, ways of working and success metrics across campaigns, merchants, partners and Issuers.
- Drive cross‑functional alignment across internal teams and external stakeholders, proactively resolving dependencies, risks and trade‑offs.
- Provide strategic support to the business, leveraging promotions as a key lever to address business needs, accelerate strategic priorities and strengthen the overall value proposition.
- Ensure all promotional activities comply with Visa controls, brand standards and corporate governance requirements.
Business & Financial Leadership:
- Lead the development of promotional business cases, with clear value articulation, ROI logic and prioritization aligned to business objectives.
- Own the promotions budget, including forecasting, tracking, optimization and performance reviews.
- Lead financial settlement and compensation processes in partnership with Finance, ensuring accuracy, transparency and timely payments.
Performance Management & Insights:
- Define and monitor success KPIs across campaigns and portfolios, moving from reporting to actionable insights and decision support.
- Translate campaign and post‑campaign analysis into continuous improvements, strategic recommendations and future initiatives.
- Use insights to influence roadmap decisions, resource allocation and investment focus.
Roadmap & Planning:
- Contribute to the promotion’s roadmap and annual planning, prioritizing initiatives based on business impact, scalability and revenue contribution.
- Balance short‑term performance with long‑term capability building, ensuring sustainability of the model.
Model Evolution & Advanced Capabilities:
- Lead the evolution of the promotions model toward a proactive, predictive and insight‑led strategy.
- Leverage AI and advanced analytics to improve forecasting accuracy, automate analysis, optimize prioritization and enhance decision‑making.
- Champion innovation and continuous improvement, embedding data and technology as core enablers of the function.
Enterprise Contribution:
- Act as a strategic contributor to broader initiatives across the area, providing expertise, structure and governance beyond the Promotions track.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
