We are looking for a Product Manager who is excited to improve the end-to-end experience of our core platform offering. This role will focus on the customer journey from initial install and setup through onboarding, ongoing administration, upgrades, and day 2 operations. You will partner across engineering, design, support, and go-to-market teams to identify friction, define priorities, and deliver a more seamless experience for enterprise users.
Your impact will be:
- Working cross-functionally across engineering, design, support, sales, and marketing to improve the end-to-end customer experience.
- Helping define and prioritize improvements across installation, setup, onboarding, usability, and ongoing operational workflows.
- Partnering with engineering and design to translate customer and business needs into clear product requirements and roadmap priorities.
- Identifying friction points in the user journey and driving solutions that improve adoption, time to value, and ongoing usability.
- Collaborating with technical teams to ensure the experience is reliable, scalable, and aligned with enterprise customer needs.
- Supporting product launches by working with product marketing and enablement to prepare internal teams for new capabilities.
- Bringing a curious, practical, and collaborative approach to solving customer and platform challenges.
What you’ll bring:
- 3+ years of experience as a product manager or in a closely related role working on software products.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
- Ability to break down complex problems and turn them into clear, actionable product requirements.
- Customer focus and an interest in improving onboarding, usability, and operational experiences.
- Solid understanding of product management fundamentals and modern software development processes.
What will give you an edge:
- Experience with installation, onboarding, administration, or platform workflows.
- Familiarity with enterprise software, infrastructure, or systems-oriented products.
- Experience working closely with support or customer-facing teams to identify and address product friction.
- Technical background or comfort working with engineering teams in complex product areas.
