Product Manager, Low Voltage (APAC)
To define and implement LV product strategies, manage the product portfolio development, pull/push sales force to optimize sales/ profits/market share for the product line across Asia Pacific, plan for product development and localizations. 1. Own sales revenue and profitability target of the product line. Lead the profit planning and strategic planning processes for the product line. Define and implement product line short and long term strategies to optimize sales and profit in APAC. Develop and implement pricing and special price strategies for LV product line. Manage price realization objectives. Develop channels and their capability with relative departments to accelerate product sales growth. Establish customer satisfaction and quality mindset throughout the organization. Experience in product management especially in a matrix organization 1. Bachelor's degree
