Product Manager – Human Capital Systems

The D. E. Shaw group seeks product managers to join its Human Capital (HC) Products team and build technology that facilitates recruiting and employee experience processes (e.g., candidate tracking and assessment, performance and learning management, global mobility workflows). This team manages HC’s systems infrastructure—which combines in-house and third-party platforms—including designing new products from the ground up and exploring ways to thoughtfully integrate AI. This dynamic position offers the chance to flex creative skills while leading development of innovative, data-oriented products in a collaborative working environment.
