Product Manager

Playbook Remote February 25, 2026 Full Time

The Company

Playbook is a B2B2C Fitness solution, where Fitness Creators build their entire business stack so that they can scale their financial growth with their effort.

The Role

We’re hiring a mid-level Product Manager to own and improve parts of Playbook that matter most to Creators and their Consumers.

This role is about building and improving real product features and funnels. You’ll work closely with Design and Engineering to understand problems, define solutions, and ship improvements that make the product easier to use, more valuable, and more reliable for creators.

You’ll be expected to:

  • Take ownership of defined problem areas

  • Understand user needs through data and direct feedback

  • Make clear product decisions in alignment with the Product/Engineering/Design Trio

  • Ship steadily and learn from what goes live

What You’ll Do

  • Own specific product areas related to creator onboarding, setup, and day-to-day use

  • Turn user problems and feedback into clear product requirements

  • Work with Design to shape simple, usable solutions

  • Partner with Engineering to scope work and deliver in small, frequent releases

  • Decide what to build now vs. later based on impact and effort

  • Collaborate and co-own “net new” features with your Product peers

  • Measure whether shipped work actually improved the experience

  • Communicate decisions, tradeoffs, and outcomes clearly

What We’re Looking For

  • ~3–5 years of Product Management experience

  • Experience owning features or product areas end-to-end

  • Comfortable working with engineers and designers day-to-day

  • Experience interacting directly with Fitness Creators and/or other small business scaling experience

  • Able to use data and user feedback to inform decisions

  • English fluency

What Success Looks Like

  • Features you own ship on time and are well-used

  • Creators find it easier to get started and run their business

  • Engineers and Designers trust your prioritization and clarity

  • You consistently improve the product without creating unnecessary complexity
