Job Summary

The Product Manager of AI Tools + Experiences ensures tools and capabilities stay aligned with the company's values and pace of innovation. This role will leads strategy, delivery, and collaboration for AI-powered solutions that empower teams to work smarter and more creatively. From roadmap definition to responsible governance, this role helps KEEN shape the future of work through intentional and ethical AI adoption.

Essential Functions

Description

  • Partners with cross-functional teams (SMEs, Data/ML, Security, Vendors) to transform successful pilots into scalable enterprise solutions.
  • Manages thoughtful rollouts of enterprise AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT Enterprise and function-specific assistants) with strong onboarding, training, and communications.
  • Partners with P&C to co-design learning experiences, including prompt libraries, workflow templates, and other training and education materials.
  • Operates KEEN’s AI governance process—conduct risk assessments, oversee usage policies, and apply human-in-the-loop controls.
  • Chairs the AI Tools Review Huddle with IT, Info-sec, Legal and P&C to evaluate new tools and monitor compliance.
  • Champions and evolves the Responsible Use of AI @ KEEN guidelines, ensuring alignment with our sustainability and social values.
  • Stays current with emerging AI technologies, pricing models, and best practices—continuously refreshing KEEN’s roadmap to balance innovation and responsibility.
  • Define and track adoption, efficiency, and satisfaction metrics; publish a quarterly AI Impact Report.
  • Leads the vision and roadmap for KEEN’s internal AI tools and experiences, balancing usability, governance, and measurable impact.
  • Translates AI concepts into practical business solutions and product requirements that drive value across teams.
  • Builds and maintains a portfolio of AI pilot programs across functions— establish goals, success metrics, and clear scale/sunset criteria.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field such as Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related discipline required.
  • Minimum five (5) years in Product or Program Management, preferably managing enterprise productivity or AI-driven tools.

Any equivalent combination of experience and education which clearly indicates the ability to perform the essential functions of the position may substitute on a year for year basis.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Strong understanding of AI capabilities, responsible AI practices, and emerging trends in enterprise AI adoption.
  • Skilled in leading cross-functional initiatives and navigating change management at scale.
  • Strategic thinker who balances big-picture vision with strong execution and attention to detail.
  • Collaborative communicator with a structured, outcome-driven mindset; strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial and adaptable approach to change.

Travel Required: No

Base Salary: $140,940.00 - $148,770.00

This range represents the low and high ends of this position's anticipated base salary range. The actual base salary will depend on numerous factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, and location. Our base salary is just one component of our competitive total rewards strategy, which includes numerous benefits and perks as well as specific health and welfare benefits.
