About the role

In this role, you own a product area end-to-end. You take initiative to surface and prioritize problems, and you lead work across the entire product lifecycle: from ideation and discovery, to validation and iteration, to scaling adoption, to removing what doesn’t add enough value. You care deeply about what you do–from the details of the product to the people you build with.

Sana is a lean product organization, and your job as a PM is to team up with world-class designers and engineers to build agentic AI products that are loved by our users and customers.

In this role, you will

  • Build a deep understanding of our customers, users, and market via interviews, studies, and frequent customer interactions

  • Analyze and reason about the state of the product via qualitative and quantitative data, and proactively obtain the data you need

  • Share your customer knowledge and product judgment with the team to guide decisions with conviction

  • Run lean product discovery to prove opportunities before committing to big bets

  • Keep product, commercial, and marketing teams aligned on what we’re building, why, when it’s coming, and how it works

  • Shape how we position and launch new features, working with marketing to tell a clear story and drive adoption

  • Help the team move fast by eliminating roadblocks
