Job Description

Allstaters who are designing, developing, and governing AI need risk insights and actionable guidance at the speed of AI. As the Product Management Lead in this space, you'll be the voice of those building and governing AI. You'll work with the Lead Engineer to deliver Risk Management Agents (RMAs) and the technology supporting them, making sure these AI Agents meet governance needs, provide real value, and are easy for users to adopt and use.

Key Responsibilities:

• Authors, tests, and accepts stories.

• Define and manage metrics to measure the success of your efforts and to inform the overall product strategy.

• Contribute towards creating the product strategy for one or more products in our growing digital product portfolio.

• Use customer feedback, detailed market analysis, and data gathering to provide recommendations on decisions about product strategy.

• Provide input on decomposing complex problems into smaller manageable tasks by creating and prioritizing a backlog for the Product Team.

• Manages the product backlog, contributes towards creating an effective vision and provide timely stakeholder feedback on development iterations.

• Represent the “voice of the customer”; invest significant time with current and potential customers to understand their needs and habits.

• Engage in discovery/test & learn activities to quickly validate assumptions and product direction.

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

• Ability to turn governance needs into product features.

• Familiarity with agile practices like prioritization and planning.

• Understanding of risk and governance frameworks (privacy, data, AI risk, security).

• Ability to learn quickly, including how AI systems are designed, developed, deployed and monitored.

Experience:

• 5 or more years of experience (Preferred)

Compensation

Compensation offered for this role is 110,000.00 - 181,025.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
