We are seeking a Product Software Engineer to help build the world's best organizational transformation product for complex workforce planning, M&A, and organizational modeling. Our customers are making multi-hundred million dollar plans and decisions on our product with game-like UX.

Key Responsibilities

Fullstack development front end and back end
Engage customers on design features to enhance user experience

Qualifications

Have a deep interest in creating a highly interactive and pleasant to use web app.
Motivated and obsessed with solving hard problems.
Experience with a complicated single-page web app.
End-to-end performance optimizations.
Solid javascript skills.
Nodejs experience.
Postgres and query optimization experience.
Previous startup experience.
