Product Engineer (f/m/d)

Note: This is a software engineering position We’re looking for an engineer who cares about what they’re building, not just how. You’ll own features end-to-end, ship with a small team and minimal process, and use AI tools as your default way of working. The title says Product Engineer for a reason — you’re an engineer first, but you have the instinct to ask why something is being built, whether it’s actually working, and what should change. That curiosity isn’t a nice-to-have here. It’s what separates this role from a standard engineering position. If AI tools make you 3x faster at shipping code, we don’t expect you to coast at your old output. We expect you to reinvest that leverage — ship more, think deeper about the product, and become a more well-rounded builder. You won’t be joining as a product manager, but the engineers who think this way naturally grow into product ownership — and that path is explicit and encouraged here.
