Below is the job description for open position

Responsibilities

New product development and Project core team responsibility.

• Leading the Product Design team, performing the new design solution in new product development projects. Providing technical solutions to product standards, specific customer requirement and the design for manufacturing.
• New product development, Product improvement project, Approve the industrialization of new product according to the customer specification/Product standard and business inputs using the company procedure, quality system requirements.
• Lead the activity on new products, new features, process and reliability improvement or evaluation.
• Develop and maintain the product design rules or define the new guidelines/rule on product/Process limitation with proper industrialization process capability.
• New product design review responsibility, approve prototypes of new designs, conduct performance analysis of prototypes, and ensure assemblage of products follow company’s quality parameters.
• Lead the activity on new product, process and reliability improvement or evaluation.
• Evaluate new process technologies and material for new product development.
• Simulation or Validation of the use of new product in customer process and finish product application.

 Efficient working of New Product Development 

• Multiple projects simultaneous and Agile project management.
• Perform in development project leading design and product technical, material, process and product performance according to Project/Product requirement specification, compliance and standards.
• Ensure and limit risk, timely execution of business critical and innovation projects with proper allocation of the resources.
• Provide technical detail and M/C parameter to produce sample and ensure following specification and special request from Customer/Project management and on time delivery.
• Perform to verify the technical issue of sample and provide corrective and preventive action.
• Release necessary documents such as PMP, WI, FMEA and machine parameter for new product transfer.

Qualifications

• Master, Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or other technology related field.
• Solid background on new product development in electronic or consumer products.
• More than 10 years Experience in Process Engineer, production or manufacturing engineer.
• 5+ in New Product Development responsibility.
• Direct in ID cards and passport inlay RFID business is highly benefit.
• Comprehensive technical knowledge of New products, RFID products, electronics.
• Design software, FAE Simulation, 2 and 3D CAD design
• FTO ability
• Fluent in Thai & English
