We are seeking for a talented and detail-oriented Product Designer to help shape the future of our platform. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on crafting user-centric designs and is eager to contribute to a growing startup that’s redefining workforce planning.

As a Product Designer, you’ll work closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to create engaging user experiences and marketing visual assets.

Key Responsibilities:

Design intuitive user experiences and interfaces for Agentnoon’s platform.
Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes that align with user needs and business goals.
Conduct user research, gather feedback, and iterate designs for improved usability.
Build and maintain a design system to ensure visual consistency across the platform.
Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
Design marketing materials such as banners, social media posts, and ad creatives.
Create visuals for landing pages and promotional campaigns.
Work with the marketing team to ensure all creative output aligns with Agentnoon’s brand guidelines.
Support in designing product demo visuals and presentation templates.

Qualifications:

A strong portfolio showcasing product design and creative work.

Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator), Canva.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles.
Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Preferred experience: 0-2 years
Available to work from 7 AM to 3 PM Eastern Time (Canada).

Bonus Skills

Experience with animation or motion graphics.
Interest in branding and marketing design.
