We are seeking an experienced AI Product Architect to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performance AI-powered applications. This role combines deep technical expertise with product thinking, architecture leadership, and team management. You will own end-to-end architecture, guide engineering teams, and ensure alignment across product, business, algorithms, and cloud infrastructure—while driving best practices and modern engineering standards.
How You Will Add Value?
Key Responsibilities:
Architecture & Technical Leadership:
Design and implement Azure-first architecture solutions (mandatory; AWS not in scope)
Build scalable, secure, and optimized applications leveraging modern cloud-native patterns
Review and assess existing applications, identifying gaps and driving remediation
Define and enforce architecture standards, best practices, and engineering guidelines
Lead microservices and API architecture design
Drive performance, resiliency, and production stability
Product & Delivery Ownership:
Own end-to-end solution delivery, from design through production
Align product, business requirements, AI/ML models, and infrastructure
Conduct design reviews and code reviews
Oversee delivery governance and quality assurance
Ensure production readiness and hardening
Team Leadership & Execution:
Lead and manage full-stack engineering teams
Perform effort estimation, task breakdown, and delegation
Mentor engineers and promote AI-assisted programming practices
Drive accountability and execution excellence across teams
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, business, data science, and infrastructure teams
Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders
Communicate architecture decisions, trade-offs, and risks clearly

Experience in AI/ML product development lifecycle
Exposure to financial services / asset management domain
Experience with large-scale system modernization initiatives
