Product Analyst/Owner
You are:
A Product Analyst/Owner with a deep understanding of product strategy, planning, and execution as well as digital technologies and solutions key to enabling federal mission success. You understand the ins and outs of the Product Lifecycle from the strategic visioning, discovery, and implementation and you’re ready to apply your knowledge to help clients optimize and transform their business through the effective delivery and implementation of various digital solutions. You’ve supported consulting engagements and understand what it takes to deliver success. Working in an agile, fast-paced environment energizes you, and you’re at your best when contributing to a team. You’re always ready to dive deep into creative and analytical thinking to solve problems and transform challenges into opportunities.
The work:
- Product Strategy & Vision – support robust customer and market research to define a differentiated product vision, strategy, and roadmap that aligns and supports the client’s overall strategic goals and priorities.
- Product Requirements & Prioritization – gathers, manages, and prioritizes product and customer requirements/user stories.
- Proxy Product Owner – act as the client’s proxy throughout the delivery lifecycle (requirements, design, development, test, and launch) to articulate business needs and requirements. Working closely across multi-disciplinary teams including but not limited to software engineers, designers, sales, marketing etc. to ensure business needs/requirements and customer satisfaction goals are met.
- Human Centered Design – support planning and execution of HCD discovery and design sessions to co-create customer-centric digital product solutions
- Organizational Change Management – support strategic communications, business readiness, and training that enable adoption and scale of implemented digital solutions
Here’s what you need:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3 – 4 + years of business analysis and product management consulting experience (preferably for Federal government clients)
- Experience implementing digital solutions (COTS and/or custom web and mobile solutions)
Bonus points if you have:
- Certifications (Product Management, HCD, Agile, etc)
As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
