Requirements

Curiosity: asking good questions out of curiosity to drive insights
Rigorous: data-literate, organized and clear-thinking
Semi-technical: learn web/ digital analytics (Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics), Business Intelligence tools (Power Bi and Tableau) and willing to learn other skills
Collaborative: a good team player, motivated by team and company success, generous in supporting others
Passionate: about understanding complex issues, able to think critically and learnings from evidence
Articulate: able to clearly express ideas verbally and in writing
