Product Analyst
What you'll be doing:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret large volumes of data generated by the product (both stateful and product events) to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Provide data-driven recommendations and insights to support strategic decision-making processes and product roadmap prioritization.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to understand customer needs:
- Identify opportunities for feature improvements and new feature development based on data analysis.
- Help understand customer value and build ROI and champion-enablement reports.
- Effectively communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and concise reports, presentations, and visualizations.
- Conduct market research in the security and compliance realms and be a Product evangelist and close partner for Sales, Marketing and Customer Success stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of proven experience in the field of data, preferably in a product-focused environment.
- Skilled in SQL programming - Must.
- Experience with modern data tooling such as Snowflake and dbt for data transformation and analytics workflows.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and derive actionable insights in the ever-evolving AI landscape.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and build strong relationships across teams.
- Experience working in B2B Security companies - Advantage
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering or other technical disciplines - Advantage.
- Familiar with Python for data manipulation and analysis, using libraries like pandas, NumPy, and scikit-learn - Advantage.
