Purchase Order Management Place and manage approximately 2,500–3,000 purchase orders annually with both overseas and domestic suppliers Ensure accurate order specifications, pricing verification, and timely submission Maintain PO tracking system and provide regular status updates to stakeholders Customs Import Coordination Compile invoices and purchase orders from overseas customers Prepare and submit documentation to customs brokers to facilitate smooth customs clearance Ensure compliance with import regulations and resolve documentation discrepancies Supplier Relationship Management Follow up on delivery schedules and resolve receipt issues with domestic suppliers Monitor supplier performance and escalate recurring problems Maintain accurate records of supplier communications and commitments Quality Logistics Issue Resolution Handle and track complaints regarding quality and logistics issues for SPNC shipments from overseas suppliers Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to implement corrective actions Document root causes and support continuous improvement initiatives
