By owning these activities end‑to‑end, the role helps ensure consistent service delivery while allowing the broader ESM team to focus on more complex and strategic initiatives.

What you’ll do

  • Execute low‑complexity low value purchasing activities including statement of works, purchase order creation and administrative updates in Oracle and related systems.

  • Provide first‑line support for PO, invoicing, general procurement and supplier enquiries, resolving routine issues and escalating where required.

  • Ensure purchase requisitions and requests are complete, accurate, and compliant with ESM policies and approval frameworks.

  • Partner with Strategic Sourcing, Category Teams, Client Connect, and Accounts Payable to ensure smooth hand‑offs and timely outcomes.

  • Maintains tracking and reporting related to requisition volumes, enquiry types, and processing activity to support operational visibility and continuous improvement .

What we’re looking for

  • 1–3 years’ experience in procurement, purchasing, or finance operations.

  • Strong attention to detail and comfort working in transactional systems (e.g. Oracle or similar ERP).

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to guide stakeholders to the right outcomes.

  • Ability to manage high‑volume, routine work while maintaining accuracy and service standards.

  • Procurement or supply‑chain certification (e.g. CIPS) is a plus, but not required.

Flexible hours to support Australian stakeholders and limited international time zones may be needed on an ad‑hoc basis.
