Position Summary:

Pre-Bid & Proposal Support:
Provide procurement inputs during bidding stage.
Identify potential vendors and obtain budgetary quotations.
Review specifications and highlight long-lead items.

Support site teams for delivery and issue resolution.Vendor Development & Performance Improvement:
Identify and onboard alternate vendors to ensure competitive sourcing.
Maintain and update Approved Vendor List (AVL).
Drive supplier performance improvement in cost, quality, and delivery.
Build long-term strategic supplier relationships globally.Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong understanding of C&I systems for Power Burner applications preferred but not mandatory.
Experience in Oil & Gas / Power / Refinery EPC projects.
Knowledge of international standards (API, ASME, IEC preferred).
Strong negotiation and contract finalization skills.
Experience working with global stakeholders across time zones.
ERP knowledge (Sage X3 preferred).
Strong documentation, analytical, and communication skills.Preferred Candidate Profile:
6–12 years of procurement experience in EPC/OEM environment.
Instrumentation engineering background strongly preferred.
Experience handling international project procurement.
Proven record of cost savings and on-time delivery performance.
Ability to manage multiple packages simultaneously in a fast-paced project environment.
