Procurement Coordinator
- Creation of internal purchase orders (SaaS Licenses) for various entities in EU & Americas region.
- Checking invoices against issued purchase orders.
- Performing logistics back-office tasks as needed.
- Maintaining up-to-date records in procurement and financial systems.
- Supporting month-end closing activities related to procurement and invoice processing.
- Monitoring contract terms, subscription renewals, and license expirations.
- Assisting in optimizing procurement workflows and identifying process improvements.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good understanding of procurement or basic accounting processes.
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel).
- English – spoken and written at advanced level.
