Procurement Analyst
Who will you be working with?
You will be part of the Indirect Purchasing / Supply Chain team, supporting multiple internal stakeholders across different functions, including Facilities, IT, Operations, and Corporate areas, while interacting closely with suppliers and global procurement teams.
How will you make a difference?
As a member of the Indirect Purchasing team, you will be responsible for managing procurement processes for indirect materials and services with a strong focus on technology, efficiency, compliance, and cost optimization. This role plays a key part in enabling business continuity by ensuring timely sourcing, contract governance, supplier performance, and effective use of e‑procurement systems. You will actively contribute to supplier management, digital purchasing tools (Coupa), KPI implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives to support internal customers and business objectives.
What do we want to know about you?
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
- 2–4 years of experience in indirect purchasing or procurement.
- Proven experience with e‑procurement platforms (Coupa preferred).
- Solid understanding of procurement processes, supplier management, and contract administration.
- Experience working with ERP systems (Oracle preferred).
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Advanced English is preferred.
What will your typical day look like?
- Conduct quotation, negotiation, and supplier contracting processes for indirect materials and services (MRO, facilities, IT, and general services).
- Execute end‑to‑end procurement activities, including purchase order creation in the ERP system and follow‑up until delivery.
- Create, update, and manage electronic catalogs in Coupa, ensuring standardization, accuracy, and usability for internal stakeholders.
- Request, track, and analyze quotations through Coupa, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with internal policies and deadlines.
- Support supplier management and registration processes, including onboarding, document validation, and data maintenance.
- Manage supplier contracts, including drafting support, clause analysis, renewals, and expiration control, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.
- Monitor procurement and supplier KPIs (cost savings, lead time, service level, contractual compliance) and propose corrective actions when needed.
- Develop and maintain relationships with strategic suppliers, seeking continuous improvement and value‑creation opportunities.
- Support sourcing projects, sustainability initiatives, and continuous improvement actions within the supply chain.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance purchasing processes and system integration.
