Job Description: Basic Knowledge of SMT process Basic Knowledge of Programming of SMT Machines Eg. Printer, SPI, Pick place machine, Reflow oven AOI Knowledge of Standard operating procedure MUST know the working on SMT shop floor. MUST know the setting up fine tuning of the reflow profile. Must keep all the records update must face all the Audit Visits Working knowledge of the Pick place machine Preferably Fuji NXT. MUST know the setting up fine tuning of the reflow profile. Programming fine tuning of the AOI, Preferably Parmi. Required knowledge of FMEA. Basic knowledge of the new product introduction on SMT line Detail knowledge of the SMT defects.
