Process Engineer

 

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for process support, process verification and optimization and promotion of process problems in the design and development phase of PACK project

  • Responsible for preparing product process documents (PFMEA, process flow chart, control plan, WI, etc.), proficient in PACK production process and key process control points

  • Provided technical support for production, formulated standard operation instructions for each process, and solved technical problems in the production process

  • In-depth technical exchanges on the production site, providing guidance for key parts and processes

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, major in mechatronics, electronics, electrical, process design

  • At least 2 years working experience in PACK assembly or lithium battery industry

  • Good at analyzing and solving problems, have good communication and coordination skills

  • Familiar with IATF16949 quality management system

  • Proficient in Office, AUTOCAD and other software

  • Have a certain ability to work under pressure, have a strong sense of team spirit and cooperation
