Job Description:

• Maintaining & improve manufacturing processes quality (공정품질 개선과 유지)

• Initiate process & quality improvement project for operational excellence & customer satisfaction (고객만족을 위한 품질 개선 프로젝트 진행) 

• Manages manufacturing processes for manufacturing operation. (제조공정 프로세스 관리)

• Identifies, recommends, and implements programs in manufacturing area to improve product cost, service, quality, process safety and health/environmental impact. (제품원가, 서비스, 품질, EHS 개선)

• Interacts with other personnel, principally within the division/staff organization to develop a network of resources to facilitate completion of assignments. (조직/부서/그룹간 커뮤니케이션 및 네트워크 개발)

• Initiate the projects to improve the operational excellence. (다양한 개선 프로젝트 진행)

Qualification

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required

• Majored in Chemical/Mechanical/Electric engineering or any equivalences

• 5+ years of experience is required ( Less than 10 years of exeprience is preferred) 유관 경력 5년- 10년 가량 보유한 자

• Proficiency in MS Office (advanced Excel functionality, experienced PowerPoint user) (MS office 사용능력)

• Fluency in written and spoken English (Global 담당자와 커뮤니케이션 할 수 있는 영어 능력)

• Ability to collaborate across multiple functions and stakeholder in division  (조직 내 여러 부서와 Division 담당자와 협력하여 일 할 수 있는 능력)

Condition

• Type: 정규직 (수습기간 3개월)

• Location: 한국3M 나주공장 ( 전남 나주시 문평면 다시로 93 ) / 통근버스 운행 중
