Process Engineer

1. Responsible for process characterization /creation/ optimization studies to determine process capabilities for meeting customer requirements. 为满足客户需求负责过程特点，创新，优化研究，决定产能； 2. Responsible for respective production line quality. 负责每条线的产品质量； 3. Technical input for ‘Work Instruction‘ （WI） to ensure the technical accuracy of repeatability and stability. 填写作业指导书确保技术精度和稳定性； 4. Investigation and reporting of manufacturing process-related failures, determining root cause. 调查报告与制造过程相关的失效，发现根源； 5. Drive quality, yield improvements and cost improvement projects. 跟踪质量，产量提高和成本改善项目； 6. Work with internal / external equipment manufacturers or other assembly center to improve current manufacturing process and development. 与内外部设备制造商或其他装配线中心一道改善当前制造过程和开发。
