Process Engineer

• Process management/Documentation (Process flow chart, PFMEA, CP, OI)
• Develop new process，sample parameter set and building
• Perform machine/line acceptance, installation, setup and qualification
• New product feasibility and industrialization
• Perform continuous improvement on process (Handling, material flow, ergonomics)
• Improve performance of production line, such as output, CT,OEE, scrap cost
• Analyze quality issue and failure mode
• Support on customer audit

Education

  - Bachelor degree or above majored in mechanical, automation or electrical engineering

Professional Experience & skills 

-  Minimum 3 years professional experience in mechanical or electrical assembly ;

-  Minimum 3 years’ relevant working experience in automotive industry as a tier 1 or tier 2 suppliers

-  Good command of written and oral English

- Good communication skills, team work spirit and self-awareness.
