Private Credit Operations Manager

At L&G Asset Management, we’re looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Operations Manager to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in ensuring robust governance, seamless deal flow, and effective oversight of outsourced service providers, all while supporting a high-performing team.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing Private Credit deal flow, including pipeline, trade execution and settlement activities
• Designing and implementing governance policies and procedures across Private Credit business lines
• Overseeing outsourced loan administrators and fund accountants, including KPI monitoring
• Leading and supporting a team of junior associates to deliver operational excellence
• Acting as the key liaison between front office and fund accounting/investment operations teams
• Delivering accurate and timely management information to internal stakeholders
• Enhancing operational controls and procedures to support business growth and compliance
• Collaborating with internal teams and third parties to ensure effective risk management and process improvement
