Principal Technical Program Manager -ProdDev

Technical Program Manager (IC4) — Oracle Health (HDILS) Core Services Drive high-impact, cross-organization cloud platform programs that help HDILS engineering teams ship faster, safer, and more consistently at global scale. In this role you’ll lead complex initiatives spanning security & compliance (shift-left automation), disaster recovery/resilience, cost & efficiency, and developer experience, partnering with platform engineering, SRE/operations, product, and Oracle Health/Oracle corporate compliance teams. You’ll operate across multiple OCI regions/realms, provide clear program governance and executive-level visibility to progress, risks, and decisions. HDILS Core Services eliminates friction and amplifies engineering impact through developer-centric, reusable-by-design platforms and tooling-backed standards.
