Principal System Administrator
Overview
SilverEdge is a premier provider of innovative cyber, software and intelligence solutions addressing everyday challenges to meet mission goals across the DOD and Intel Communities and beyond. We are seeking a System Administrator to take a lead role on a prime contract within the IC. Your daily duties will include, but not limited too:
- Maintain and develop system documentation to include product guides/manuals, SOPs, work logs and the Helpdesk ticket system
- Provide system administration support
- Provide maintenance and support of existing software (problem report/trouble tick resolution) and hardware
- Provide helpdesk support for collecting, controlling and disseminating, documenting and resolving all IT related questions and problems.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in related field, 11 years of relevant experience
- Demonstrate understanding of Red Hat Linux, Trusted Linux, Windows 10, VMware
Desired Qualifications
Security+ or relevant certification
