• Own overall Mass Market business performance for the territory, including revenue growth, pipeline development, and design win execution

• Develop and execute a territory strategy, including customer segmentation, growth plan, and channel priorities

• Manage and grow distribution channel partner relationships, including joint business planning and demand creation activities

•Build relationships with engineering, procurement, and business stakeholders at mass market customers

• Position product solutions and roadmaps in alignment with customer application and market needs

• Partner closely with FAEs, marketing, and product teams to support design ins, RFQs, and customer engagements

• Navigate and resolve customer or channel challenges by identifying and coordinating internal resources

• Maintain accurate forecasts and provide clear visibility into territory performance

• Stay current on internal roadmaps, customer roadmaps, market trends, and competitive landscape

 

We are seeking a seasoned Territory Sales Manager based in the Bay Area to own and grow our Mass Market business across the Bay and Pacific Northwest. This role is fully accountable for business outcomes within the territory, including revenue growth, funnel development, design conversion, and long term customer and channel expansion.

This is a results-driven contributor, requiring strong autonomy, sound judgment, and the ability to lead through influence. Success in this position depends on the ability to problem solve, strategically deploy internal resources, and build durable relationships with both customers and channel partners.

This role is ideal for a senior sales professional who combine technical acumen, channel experience, and strategic thinking with a highly hands on approach to account and territory management.

The expected annual pay range for this position is a base range of $180,000K - $200,000K. This position is also eligible for bonus opportunities. Please note that final offer amount will be dependent on geographic location, applicable experience, and skillset of the candidate.
