About what you will do
As our new Principal Memory Device Engineer, you will play a key role in demonstrating and further developing the core functionality of our breakthrough memory technology.
Lead the electrical characterization and validation of our next-generation memory devices.
Develop and adapt advanced test setups, automation scripts, and characterization methodologies to comprehensively assess device performance.
Take ownership of electrical testing activities, ensuring high-quality data generation and analysis.
Leverage your expertise in magnetism and/or memory device physics to connect electrical test results with underlying physical mechanisms, reliability behavior, and failure modes.
Manage and mentor the Memory Device Engineering team, providing strong technical leadership, setting clear priorities, and fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to accelerate device optimization and technology maturation.
