Principal DevOps Engineer

We lead DevOps transformations in many different industries, anywhere from financial institutions to healthcare providers to the department of defense. What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone with experience as a technical principal, engineering manager, practice lead or lead engineer who is passionate about both best practices in modern engineering and enabling clients through transferring knowledge, coaching, training and upskilling. The technical principal is accountable for delivery excellence for our clients, building and maintaining solid client relationships as a trusted strategic advisor and overall engagement success. Internally, this role will foster positive team morale, provide individual feedback and drive the staffing needs of an engagement. This may have 4-8 team members reporting to them, from Associate Engineer to Tech Lead. You’re happy both hands-on-keyboard solving a technical problem and guiding others to do the same. We each bring varying degrees of knowledge to the table. You will have experience in several of these areas but not necessarily all of them.
