Pricing Analyst
Prepare and support business case reviews and pricing escalation. Has pricing decision responsibility. Conduct detailed analyses of historical quote data, cost structures, and industry trends to develop insightful recommendations for optimal pricing decisions. Collaborate closely with Sales, Business Units, and Finance teams to align on pricing initiatives and ensure execution; maintain comprehensive documentation to support audit requirements. Ensure all pricing offers are compliant with corporate guidelines, facilitating effective and sustainable implementation. Integrate operational data into comprehensive datasets for advanced business reporting purposes. Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and control frameworks; lead targeted improvement projects delivering measurable results. A graduate qualification with the ability to address complex business challenges and demonstrated analytical proficiency. Relevant experience in sales or supporting business units, particularly within pricing environments; prior collaboration with Sales, Distributors, Business Units, and/or Finance is highly valued. Proficiency in Oracle, SAP, Model-N, Salesforce, and Tableau reporting systems. Advanced capabilities in Microsoft Office, especially with Excel Power Query. Several years of pricing-related experience, ideally within the semiconductor or distribution sector. Outstanding communication skills with the ability to effectively interact across all levels of the organization. Willingness to accommodate evening calls (US time zone) for headquarters reviews and transition meetings as required on a regular basis.
