Pricing Analyst (Alajuela, Costa Rica)

Responsible for supporting and coordinating all internal activities required for the development and approval of all matters pertaining to pricing and contracts for assigned customers and/or territories under the supervision of the Pricing Director. This position supports the sales organization with customer pricing and contract inquiries and resolve customer pricing issues. Strong inter-personal skills are required to create cross functional relationships with Health Care Systems, Legal, Marketing and Sales Management.
This position is a P1 level
What will you be doing?
Support book of customer contracts for assigned customers and/or territories including: managing monthly expirations, reviewing expirations for price optimization, creating new contract documents as required and communicating changes with customers and trade partners.
Creation of new national, regional, local and distributor contracts into the S+N contracting system including loading of all eligible customers/members under the supervision of a Contracts and Pricing Senior Analyst or the Pricing Director.
Responsible for supporting Sales and Heath Care Systems with customer pricing inquiries, customer analysis, business plan development, pricing exception requests and other items as requested.
Notify distributor partners of changes required to S+N contracts and/or contract eligibility for new contracts or contract changes.
Maintain GPO price activation portal requests and implement into S+N contracting system.
Ongoing contract maintenance as requested by Contract and Pricing Analysts.
Assist Pricing Director, Contracts and Pricing Manager and/or Contract and Pricing Analysts with special projects and other responsibilities as assigned.
What will you need to be successful?
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree is required preferably in Business, Finance, Marketing, or Statistics, or related field.
2+ years in Finance, Pricing, Contracts or Analytics with experience in pharmaceuticals or medical device industry preferred.
Fluent in English

Must possess good organizational skills and work independently to ensure all responsibilities are completed on schedule. Experience with ModelN and SAP a plus.
