Preschool Teacher (Jabodetabek)

Job Description:

1. Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the preschool curriculum.

2. Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.

3. Monitor and assess children’s progress, addressing individual learning needs.

4. Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff.

5. Support emotional, social, and cognitive development through age-appropriate activities.

6. Ensure classroom organization, hygiene, and safety.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, English Education, Psychology, or related fields.

2. Minimum 5 years of experience as a preschool teacher or in early childhood education.

3. Experienced with international curricula such as IB, Reggio Emilia, Montessori, or similar approaches.

4. Strong English communication skills.

5. Strong understanding of child development and learning strategies.

6. Excellent communication and classroom management skills.

7. Creative and adaptable in designing activities.

8. Open to ongoing training and professional development.

9. Available to join max June 2026.
