Premium Airfreight Coordinator
- Assisting with the global expansion of the Time-Critical Airfreight department
- Coordinate and manage premium airfreight shipments from origin to destination, including same-day and next flight-out services
- Booking and execution of daily Premium Airfreight shipments (NFO) from initial enquiry through to completion
- Contact person for customers and business development
- Day-to-day operations in Time-Critical Airfreight
- Representation of the company externally, including at trade fairs and events
- Definition and optimization of existing processes
- Reporting to your Airfreight Team Leader
- Self-motivation and a daily drive to achieve the best
- Completed freight forwarding training, preferably with further qualifications
- Professional experience in the air freight sector, including market and industry knowledge of NFO’s
- Fluent written and spoken English skills
- Willingness to work shifts required
- Good user skills in MS Office and common freight forwarding software
- Willingness to travel
- 28 days of vacation, increasing with length of service
