At Convatec, we are looking for a University Intern to join our Human Resources team. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of end-to-end projects and actively participate in key HR processes, gaining hands-on experience in a corporate environment.


 

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of full projects and manage tasks with a higher level of complexity.
  • Manage and lead the onboarding (induction) program, including agenda coordination, logistics, daily interaction with new hires, communication, and corporate presence.
  • Act as a point of contact for employees, representing the HR area with professionalism and confidence.
  • Support the team with data analysis, presentations, and information management.
  • Participate in cross-functional initiatives and HR projects according to business needs.

Profile We Are Looking For

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources, or related fields.
  • Autonomous, confident, and communicative, with the ability to lead sessions and take ownership of responsibilities.
  • Comfortable making basic decisions and proposing solutions.
  • Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and database management.
  • English is not a mandatory requirement; however, the ability to understand and manage documents in English using available tools is expected.


 

Work Model & Schedule

  • Hybrid model, with a minimum of 3 days per week in the office.
  • Some weeks may require full on-site attendance depending on the activities.
  • Flexible schedule, aligned with university requirements.
