How you create impact
- Apoyar en la gestión de tickets y elaboración de cotizaciones.
- Dar seguimiento a solicitudes y requerimientos de clientes.
- Colaborar en procesos de CCL y actividades relacionadas con pricing.
- Elaborar, actualizar y dar seguimiento a reportes operativos.
- Brindar soporte en actividades administrativas del área.
- Mantener una comunicación clara y oportuna con stakeholders internos.
What we would like you to bring
- Ser estudiante activo de negocios internacionales, comercio exterior, logistica o carreras afines (prácticas profesionales).
- Excelentes habilidades comerciales/servicio al cliente
- Habilidad para el análisis numérico, organización y seguimiento de procesos.
- Manejo de Excel para análisis, seguimiento y control de información.
- Nivel de inglés B2.
- Disponibilidad para trabajar en modalidad Híbrida (4 días oficina / 1 día home office).
- Disponibilidad en horario lunes a viernes de 8:00 a 13:00 hrs.
