PR & Owned/Earned Media - School Internship

## Description # What can you expect from a PR + Owned/Earned Media Internship at Estée Lauder Companies? Earned Media (Press & Influencers) support: * Following up PR campaigns from A to Z: selecting press contacts, creating and sending out press releases, sending out products, creating reports. * Answering requests from the press and organizing physical or virtual press events. * Maintaining a press list and creating press files according to Key Shopping Moment. * Keeping stock up to date, placing orders. * Contact for PR agencies. * Contact with influencers and organizing virtual press events for them. Owned Media support: * Selecting & downloading visuals for social media. * Graphic design skills to help with creation of assets. * Translating copy in FR & NL. * Monitoring comments from consumers on Social media (community management support). * Support team with creation of monthly reportings. * Corporate Communications support: * Internal & external communications (mailings, employee engagement and events). ## Qualifications * Student status/internship under school contract (Masters or Bachelor) à Ideally in Communication Management, Marketing & Communication or PR. * Fluent in both Dutch & English (French is a plus). * Minimum of 12 weeks availability – ideally availability of 4-6 months # Application procedure: * Apply online on our job-portal * Attach your CV * Attach a CLEAR motivational letter why you want to work for our company * Please clearly mention the start date + duration of your internship
