Job Description:

PR INTERN JD

Department: Integrated, Brand

Reporting line: Sr Client Manager / Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Planning support: Conduct research and background materials as guided by manager and support the team in planning process

• Content development: Propose content angles and draft PR materials, including PR articles, editorials, interview outlines, and social media content.

• Translation: Translate communications materials between English and Vietnamese.

• Reporting: Track media coverage, compile clipping reports, and support client reporting.

• Media & KOL coordination: Assist with media outreach and coordination with KOLs/influencers when required.

• Event & admin support: Support logistics for events, media activities, and other administrative tasks.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Last-year students or fresh graduate students in relevant fields of accredited universities

• Good at English (4 skills required, especially writing and reading)

• Excellent in writing Vietnamese

• Positive and can-do attitude, willing to learn, support and adapt attitude

• Appropriate behavior at the office

• Able to perform under pressure
