Develop in-depth understanding of processes, tools, data, and teams involved; and define best practices for cross functional teams.
Understanding of analytical simulations and assessments. Must be able to quickly understand the business impact of the trends and make decisions that make sense based on available data
Work with planners to improve planning processes, based on analysis and trends or new tech features testing and implementation
Communicating complex analysis and insights to stakeholders and business leaders, both verbally and in writing.
Participate in global operational and production planning initiatives and project roll outs to cater to growing business needs
Propose, develop and promote process improvement and standardization across all sites in the network
Ensure transparent and consistent reporting of status, progress, impact, and risks; ensure appropriate action is taken to minimize impact and mitigate risks
The position involves remote communication via Amazon Technologies with colleagues and teams in JP SSD Line of Business

3+ years of program or project management experience
3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
3+ years of driving process improvements experience
Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
