PPC Specialist

Mayflower operates in the live entertainment industry at massive scale: a top 50 most visited website in the world, 200K RPS, and hundreds of millions of users.
You will join the Growth Marketing team. This role focuses on working with paid search networks and building ad operations together with your colleagues. You will own and drive high-performing paid acquisition strategies that support business growth and customer acquisition objectives.
You will work closely with teams across retention, analytics, development, and product. Expect active collaboration: discussing plans, sharing ideas, building strategies, and delivering performance-focused results.
Job Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage Google Ads accounts to achieve defined business objectives;
Work with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager;
Work with the in-house affiliate system and tools, including postbacks, creative builders, and tracking;
Explore additional paid advertising channels and alternative traffic monetization approaches, including Microsoft Advertising, local search engines, and social media;
Define funnel requirements and translate them into clear business and technical tasks;
Ensure timely implementation of business and marketing tasks;
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools, tracking KPIs such as CTR, conversion rate, CPA, ROAS, and ML LTV;
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform campaign structure, targeting, and messaging;
Optimize ad copy, keywords, bidding strategies, and landing pages to improve performance, efficiency, and ROI;
Identify and implement ongoing optimization opportunities through testing, audience segmentation, and funnel improvements.
