Power Distribution Services Sales Engineer
Develop and execute sales strategies to grow Power Distribution Service business. Manage and grow a pipeline of new and existing accounts. Identify customer needs, create tailored solutions, and close opportunities. Build strong relationships with key customers and partners. Provide market intelligence and competitive insights to define growth areas. Ensure accurate forecasting and effective CRM pipeline management. Collaborate with Country Sales, Local Service,EMEA Service Teams and Key Account teams to achieve common goals. Lead local PD Service Sales resources and support their performance. Conduct customer visits, site assessments, and represent the company at industry events (min. 50% travel). Educated at Bachelors' degree or equivalent, preferably in Engineering or Business Strong experience in sales, business development for power distribution products and solutions of at least 5 years Leadership & Influence: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive initiatives through collaboration and influence. Customer Engagement: Skilled in negotiations and confident in representing the company at industry events and presentations. Market Awareness: Strong understanding of market trends, technologies, and competitive landscape within the relevant region. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English required, other EMEA languages are a plus. Mindset & Drive: Entrepreneurial, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong sense of urgency and customer focus. Change Leadership: Comfortable taking calculated risks and driving change in dynamic environments.
