As a Portfolio Fice Associate Accounts Receivable (AR) , you will support the fice function by managing receivables, ensuring timely collections, maintaining accurate records, and supporting ficial compliance across the Holiday Inn Express portfolio hotels.
Key Responsibilities Accounts Receivable Operations
  • Manage city ledger and accounts receivable transactions for portfolio hotels.
  • Ensure timely invoice generation and dispatch to corporate clients, travel agents, and partners.
  • Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on pending payments and collections .
  • Reconcile AR balances with PMS and accounting systems.
Billing & Reconciliation
  • Review billing accuracy for corporate accounts and travel partners.
  • Prepare AR ageing reports and provide updates to fice leadership.
  • Resolve discrepancies related to invoices, payments, and adjustments.
  • Coordinate with sales and front office teams for billing clarification.
Ficial Compliance & Reporting
  • Ensure compliance with IHG ficial policies and internal controls .
  • Maintain proper documentation for audits and ficial reporting.
  • Support month-end closing activities related to receivables.
  • Assist in preparing ficial reports and MIS related to AR performance.
Coordination & Stakeholder Management
  • Coordinate with hotel fice teams across the portfolio.
  • Communicate with corporate clients and partners for payment follow-ups.
  • Support fice leadership with data and analysis for AR performance improvement.
What We Need From You
  • Bachelor s degree in Commerce, Fice, or Accounting .
  • 2 4 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or fice operations, preferably in hospitality.
  • Knowledge of hotel PMS, accounting systems, and AR processes .
  • Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and ficial reporting tools .
